Pa. homicide suspect may be in Olean, Buffalo areas, U.S. Marshals say

A man wanted in connection with a homicide in Erie, Pa., may be in Western New York, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

David Dalton, 29, is a suspect in a June 29 homicide in Erie. He has family in the Buffalo and Olean areas, the Marshals Service said.

Dalton, also known as "Tone," is 6-foot-4 and 225 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He has tattoos on his left and right forearms and his chest.

He may walk with a limp due to some type of foot injury, authorities said.

Authorities ask anyone who may have information on his whereabouts to provide a confidential tip by calling 716-983-0874.

A cash reward is being offered for a tip that leads to his arrest.
