An ATV driver who injured himself and a passenger when he rolled over his vehicle in Concord Thursday morning was charged with driving while intoxicated, the Erie County Sheriff's Office said.
Devon Morlok, 21, of Concord, suffered a head injury in the crash, which happened at about 1:50 a.m. near a home on Davis Hill Road.
A 16-year-old female passenger suffered injuries to her shoulder and pelvis area. Neither Morlok nor his passenger was wearing helmets at the time of the crash, the Sheriff's Office said.
Both were taken to area hospitals for treatment.
In addition to DWI, Morlok was charged with four ATV violations including speeding, reckless driving and not wearing a helmet, the Sheriff's Office said.
