Third defendant pleads guilty in beating of Niagara Falls man

A third defendant has pleaded to charges in the home invasion in Niagara Falls Nov. 25 when a man was beaten and cut.

Terrill D. Pettway, 27, of Steele Circle, Town of Niagara, admitted to second-degree assault. He was promised a sentence of no more than five years in prison when he returns before Niagara County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III Sept. 26.

Jasmine N. Jones, 24, of Garden Avenue, Niagara Falls, pleaded to the same charge Monday. She will be sentenced Sept. 25.

Rondell V. Ralands, 29, of 38th Street, last week also pleaded guilty to assault in the attack on Cyston Brundidge, the live-in boyfriend of Ralands' sister. She called Ralands, who is to be sentenced Sept. 28, after an altercation with Brundidge.
