Iskalo Development Corp. has acquired the Farthing Press building on Oak Street.
The Williamsville-based developer paid $315,000 through Iskalo 68 Huron LLC to buy the 11,833-square-foot, two-building complex at 258-260 Oak St. Iskalo acquired it from David and Carolyn Snyder, owners of Farthing Press, who acted through 260-62 Oak Street LLC, according to a deed filed with the Erie County Clerk's Office.
Farthing, which was founded in 1909, is an offset printer that also provides marketing and graphics communications services. The white concrete complex includes the main three-story commercial building, with the red-and-white Farthing awning over the front entrance and a connected two-story industrial building.
There are no current plans for the building, as the Snyders leased back the building for Farthing for two more years, said Iskalo Executive Vice President David Chiazza.
