Buffalo man charged in March 5 hit-and-run wrong-way collision

A Buffalo man was arrested Wednesday and accused in a hit- and-run collision in March that seriously injured the driver of the other vehicle.

Reginald Alls, 30, was charged with leaving the scene of a serious injury accident, reckless driving and driving the wrong way on a street, according to police spokesman Michael DeGeorge.

Accident investigators say Alls' vehicle was traveling east on Garner and in the wrong direction when it struck another vehicle at Garner and Grant Street just after 4 p.m. on March 5.

Authorities say the woman driving the other vehicle sustained serious injuries, and two of her three passengers were also injured.

Buffalo police say the defendant fled the scene on foot.
