A chance to ride a camel and see traditional circus stunts such as sword swallowing are additions to this year's lineup at the Niagara County Fair, which opens today at the county fairgrounds, 4487 Lake Ave., Lockport.
The fair, which runs through Sunday, will offer camel rides starting at 10 a.m. daily. The 20-minute World of Wonders circus stunt show will be offered each afternoon and evening. All the traditional fair events also are included in the five-day schedule.
Admission is $5 per person except Sunday, when the price is $3 per person or $10 per car. Children age 6 and under are admitted free. There is no charge to park.
