Two Buffalo drug dealers pleaded guilty Wednesday to selling fentanyl.
Marcellus Hutcherson, 25, of Weston Street sold the drug to undercover officers four times between Feb. 1 and Feb. 16, according to the Erie County District Attorney's Office. Hutcherson pleaded guilty before State Supreme Court Justice Christopher J. Burns to three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
Stanley Wallace, 28, of Roslyn Avenue pleaded guilty before Erie County Judge Michael F. Pietruszka to three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree for selling fentanyl to an undercover officer three times between April 3 and May 3. Wallace also pleaded arrested him with more than half an ounce of heroin.
