Aug. 3 Driver of the Week: Holden Heineman

Division: Mini Stocks/Freedom Motorsports Park

Lowdown: Heineman is in the thick of two Mini Stock point battles, one at Freedom and the other at McKean County Raceway. He began his career on asphalt appearing in enduros, roller derby and chain races in the popular Crash-A-Rama events at Holland Speedway about six years ago. Heineman then transitioned to Mini Stock dirt track stock car racing four years ago at Freedom and McKean. He has been in Mini Stocks ever since campaigning his Honda Prelude. He is grateful to his parents Danny and Connie Heineman as well as other family and friends for their support of his career.

Accomplishments: Heineman is the 2015 Mini Stock champion at Freedom, earning a singl- season career-high five     feature wins there that season. He has emerged victorious in at least one Mini Stock feature race each season that he has campaigned at Freedom. Heineman has only one career win at McKean, that in his rookie season, but it was their biggest annual race, the Fall Classic. Heineman has two feature wins at Freedom this year and currently leads the Mini Stock points there, 466 to 410 over Brad Shepard. At McKean, Heineman is fourth with 55 markers, trailing Kurt Babcock, 70, Dave Lowe Jr., 59 and Mitch Boylan, 56.

Favorite Food: Homemade macaroni and cheese.

Favorite Music: "Oldies" type music.

Hobby: Taking ATV riding trips with family. Enjoys time with fiancée Jaclyn Ely.
