The death of a 51-year-old man found Tuesday afternoon on Eagle Street has been ruled a suicide, Buffalo police said.
The man, from West Seneca, was found shortly before 4 p.m. on the sidewalk next to the Robert B. Adam Parking ramp at Eagle and Washington streets.
A police spokesman said it appears the man jumped from the ramp.
A woman committed suicide by jumping off the same parking ramp in March 2016.
