Power Drives, the hose and tube assembly manufacturer that is consolidating its operations in Larkinville, is getting 100 kilowatts of low-cost hydropower through the state's Recharge New York program.
The allocation is tied to the company's pledge to retain 75 jobs and invest more than $5.8 million in its operations. It is not tied to any pledge to create new jobs.
Power Drives is consolidating its corporate offices, currently in South Buffalo, and its Chautauqua County manufacturing operations in Falconer under one roof, at 801 Exchange St. The facility is across from the Larkin at Exchange building.
