Buffalo man charged in a hit-and-run that injured man

Buffalo police charged a Buffalo man with driving while intoxicated in connection with a hit-and-run incident in May that left the victim with a broken wrist and leg.

Troy Kaderback, 23, of Hertel Avenue is accused of being intoxicated when he struck Willie Bell, 38, of Blaine Avenue, just after midnight on May 13 and then fleeing the scene, according to a police report.

Police reported Kaderback had a blood alcohol level of .21 percent, more than two and a half times the legal limit.
