Amerks sign forward Stevie Moses

The Rochester Americans signed forward Stevie Moses to a one-year American Hockey League deal.

Moses, 27, spent last season in Russia playing with St. Petersburg SKA of the Kontinental Hockey League, posting 10 points (three goals, seven assists) in 24 games. In 2015-16, he split the season between St. Petersburg and the Milwaukee Admirals (AHL), totaling 23 points (12 goals, 11 assists) in 37 games.

Moses played three seasons (2012-15) with Jokerit Helsinki of the KHL amassing 118 points including career highs in 2014-15 in both goals (36) and points (57).

He played four years at New Hampshire with 98 points (47 goals, 51 assists) in 148 career NCAA games.
