Slow Roll Buffalo: Meet at 5:30 p.m., roll at 6:30 p.m., Buffalo Maritime Center, 90 Arthur St. Ten-mile guided ride for all ages, abilities. First-time riders register at Free.

Summer Wellness Social: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Mercy Comprehensive Care Center, 397 Louisiana St., featuring free food, music, raffle prizes, health screenings, a visit from Buster Bison, a farmer’s market, and more. The event will celebrate the first successes of the MCCC’s Heart Smart for Life program, a community wellness initiative that launched in January with support from the Mercy Hospital Foundation and a $165,000 grant from the AstraZeneca Healthcare Foundation.

Roller skating: 7 to 10 p.m., Healthy Zone Rink, Riley Street East Aurora. Visitors can bring their own roller skates or roller blades, but the rink also has purchased 150 pairs of vintage roller skates for rental.
