Three men were shot in two separate incidents Saturday, but their injuries were not life-threatening, according to Buffalo police reports.
Two men were shot early Saturday outside a house on Genesee Street, just east of Doat Street, Ferry-Fillmore District police said. One man was shot in the right pelvis, and there was no exit wound from the bullet. He was taken to Erie County Medical Center for treatment. The second man, who was shot in the left hand, also went to ECMC but left before he could be interviewed by detectives.
In the other incident Saturday morning, an unidentified man walked into ECMC and said he had been shot in the right hand. Northeast District police said the man didn't know who shot him and would not cooperate with their efforts to investigate the matter.
