Authorities charged a Sloan woman with aggravated driving while intoxicated Friday morning in the City of Tonawanda after officers found her driving in her pajamas looking for her boyfriend, police said.
Brittany L. Damato, 26, of Reiman Street, was pulled over for speeding on Main Street just after 5 a.m., City of Tonawanda police said.
Damato had an open container of alcohol in her vehicle when she was pulled over, according to police.
She registered a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent, more than double the legal limit, police said. She was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, possession an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, speeding and driving without headlights and was held on $250 bail, according to authorities.
