A City of Tonawanda man was charged with a felony after pointing a double barrel shotgun at a man on DeKalb Street on Friday night, police reported.
John W Orlowski, 52, of DeKalb Street, pointed the gun at a man who was going door-to-door for an energy company, police said.
Orlowski, who was intoxicated, went into his home and retrieved the gun, a Remington 12-gauge double barrel shotgun and pointed it at the man while on his porch, police said.
Orlowski was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony, menacing with a weapon and criminal possession of a weapon.
Police seized 13 other guns in the house for safekeeping.
