The Western New York Flash is starting to get the hang of the United Women’s Soccer League.
The Flash (4-3-2) moved over the .500 mark with their fourth win in their last five games, beating the New York Magic, 6-0, in Brooklyn on Saturday night.
Carissima Cutrona had four goals and an assist in the game. She has goals in her last five games, and has a total of eight goals in her last three contests. Cutrona ranks with the league’s top scorers.
WNY’s other two goals were by Maddie Pezzino and Greta Dry.
The Flash will finish their regular season today with 3 p.m. matchup with the New England Mutiny in East Longmeadow, Mass.
