Tonawanda man passed out in parked car faces felony DWI charge

A Town of Tonawanda man who police found passed out in his parked car about 8 p.m. Friday on William Street faces a felony drunken driving charge, City of Tonawanda Police report.

Officers said that Everett Daniel Jr. 53, of Cranbrook Road, told them he had been drinking since he finished work at 3:30 p.m. and didn’t know where he was. Police said he registered a .25 blood-alcohol content on a roadside test, more than three times the legal limit.

Daniel was charged with felony DWI because of a prior drunken driving conviction in Amherst in February 2015, police said. He was held in lieu of $750 bail.
