Niagara Falls man accused of driving 'triple drunk'

A Niagara Falls man was stopped by State Police at 9:56 a.m. Saturday on Tuscarora Road in the Town of Niagara and charged with drunken driving.

Troopers said someone called 911 to report a possible intoxicated driver. Police stopped the suspect, Ruben Flores, 50, and he was taken into custody. A breath test revealed a blood alcohol level of 0.28 percent, which three and a half times the legal limit.

Flores was charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Niagara Court.
