Lynnea Trefethen, 34, nurse with a knack for sales

May 6, 1983 – June 14, 2017

Lynnea Danielle Trefethen, a licensed practical nurse and independent sales representative, died unexpectedly June 14 in her West Seneca home. She was 34.

Born in Buffalo, she was a 2001 graduate of Lackawanna High School and studied at Erie BOCES 1 to become a licensed practical nurse.

Miss Trefethen worked for several years in the medical offices of Dr. David S. Clifford in West Seneca and at nursing homes.

About five years ago, she began as a sales representative for Pure Romance, a distributor of personal products, and advanced to become a regional director.

“She was a natural saleswoman,” said her sister, Lisa Carrick. “She had a wonderful aura about herself.”

Survivors include her fiance, Steve Dorobiala; her parents, Edward and Patricia Kolerski; four sisters, Elaine Celestina, Lisa Carrick, Caren Kolerski and Carey Tomisic; and two brothers, Robert Malecki and Chuck Kolerski.

A funeral service was held Monday evening in Lombardo Funeral Home, 3060 Abbott Road, Orchard Park.
