Two men were arrested by Northeast District police early Saturday after two shots were fired into a front porch on Lisbon Avenue.
Jordan Davis, 21, of Langmeyer Street, and Theopolis Hughey, no age reported, of Block Street, were charged with felony counts of reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and criminal possession of a weapon, as well as misdemeanor counts of menacing.
A Lisbon Avenue woman said the men exited a vehicle during an argument and Davis allegedly fired two rounds into the porch. Davis then allegedly chased the woman and her 2-year-old niece into a backyard and threatened to kill them.
Buffalo police said they apprehended the men by stopping their vehicle at Bailey and Winspear avenues. A police report said that Hughey allegedly emerged from the vehicle attempting to fire shots from a long gun, but it was inoperable.
