Three Niagara County residents were arrested in connection with a burglary at a Braley Road residence in the Town of Porter, Niagara County Sheriff's deputies reported.
Ryan Petersen, 26, of North Tonawanda, Melissa Walker, 28, and Matthew Miller, 31, both of Royalton, were each charged with second degree burglary and fourth degree grand larceny. All were arraigned in Town of Porter Court by Justice David Truesdale.
Bail was set on Miller and Petersen at $15,000 cash or $30,0000 property bond. Bail on Walker was set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 property bond. Miller has a return court date of June 20. Walker was scheduled to return on June 17, and Petersen has a return court date of July 11.
