Lancaster woman accused of violating protection order, damaging car

A Lancaster woman  followed a Buffalo woman who had obtained an order of protection and then damaging her car with pliers Thursday, according to a Buffalo Police report.

Hayley Lewis, 20, of Aurora Road in Lancaster, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt, harassment and causing damage to property after a Buffalo woman reported to that Lewis followed her by car "again" and threw a pair of red, needle-nosed pliers at her vehicle, damaging the trunk hood.

The complainant also reported that Lewis has been calling and texting her, also in violation of the protection order granted to the victim in March.
