A Buffalo man who was convicted on drug charges was sentenced to time served by U.S. District Court Judge William M. Skretny.
Troy Cooley, 54, already served 2 1/2 years in prison on his conviction for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, 28 grams or more of crack cocaine, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Between June 2013 and Feb. 25, 2014, Cooley conspired with others to buy and sell crack cocaine in Buffalo, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Seven other people were tried and convicted in the case, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
The case was investigated by the FBI and the Lackawanna Police Department.
