Darryl Talley explains how winners are wired, compares Sean McDermott to a young Marv Levy

Darryl Talley was a guest on "The Tim Graham Show" premiere in September. We had him back for Wednesday's season finale to ponder what we've learned about his Buffalo Bills over the past nine months.

Most of the significant developments happened over the last trimester.

Rookie coach Sean McDermott's influence surged at One Bills Drive, leading to the departure of General Manager Doug Whaley and the arrival of Brandon Beane, Joe Schoen, Brian Gaine and a bunch of new scouts.

Talley is so excited about McDermott the 14-year linebacker said "he's the best thing the Bills have gotten since Marv. He reminds me of a younger version of what Marv Levy would have been like."

Say what?

Talley gave his thoughts on why accountability is so important, the difference between motivating players and motivated players, impressions from McDermott's dinner with him and fellow Wall of Famers Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas, Andre Reed, Bruce Smith, Cornelius Bennett and Steve Tasker.

Thank you for catching "The Tim Graham Show" on iTunes, on Facebook and at We hope to see you again in a few months.
