State Police in Boston charged an Arcade man with felony DWI and possession of marijuana after a traffic stop Sunday in Sardinia.
Michael Goss, 51, of Liberty Street, was stopped for speeding on State Route 39 in the Town of Sardinia. After smelling alcohol, troopers asked Goss to perform sobriety tests, which he failed, state police said. While being arrested for DWI, troopers said they found a small amount of marijuana in Goss's possession. He was transported to the Holland barracks where he blew a .11 percent blood alcohol level, police alleged.
He was released on an appearance ticket.
