A "man with a gun" call led to the arrest of Donald Clark, 42, of Manhart Street late Saturday afternoon. Police ordered Clark to pull over as he drove down Grider Street about 5 p.m., shortly after he allegedly threatened a woman with a handgun on East Delavan Avenue near Bailey Avenue.
Told that Clark had driven toward Grider Street after allegedly making the armed threat, officers stopped the vehicle near Erie County Medical Center. A small revolver loaded with five bullets and three bags of marijuana were found in his vehicle, according to an arrest report.
Clark is charged with a felony count of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana. He remained in custody at the Erie County Holding Center Sunday night.
