Angel R. Coria, 40, of East Utica Street, was arrested on felony and misdemeanor drug charges after his "deft movement" attracted the attention of Buffalo police officers Saturday afternoon.
Coria was arrested at the corner of East Utica and Masten Avenue about 12:07 p.m. after his "deft movement to his rocket pocket" led officers nearby to search him. According to an arrest report, he was found with a needle full of powder heroin, seven wrapped packages of heroin and a large bag of heroin.
Coria was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He remained in custody Sunday in the Erie County Holding Center.
