2 injured in Pendleton crash

Two people were injured in a two-car crash Tuesday on Robinson Road near South Transit Road in Pendleton.

Ashlee Blarr, 31 of Lockport was stopped in the road about 1  p.m., waiting to make a left turn into a driveway, when his vehicle was rear-ended by  a second vehicle, also headed west on Robinson Road, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.

The driver of the second vehicle, Crystal Sabella, 29, of Amherst transported by ambulance to Erie County Medical Center. A juvenile passenger in Sabella's vehicle was transported by Mercy Flight to Women and Children's Hospital for treatment.

Blarr was not injured in the crash, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, which was continuing its investigation of the accident Tuesday.
