Hamburg Democrats have endorsed three candidates for Town Board, and the incumbent town justice for re-election.
The council candidates are Laura Palisano Hackathorn, a Hamburg village trustee, former Town Board member and retired Lackawanna teacher Cheryl Potter Juda and attorney Matt Kibler, who serves on the board of directors for the Erie County Stadium Corp.
Town Justice Gerald Gorman was endorsed for re-election.
“Our slate of candidates bring elected experience, community service, legal acumen, classroom experience, small business values, planning expertise, and a professional demeanor to the voters of Hamburg”, said Democratic Committee Chairman Terry MacKinnon.
The town Democratic Committee also plans to make endorsements for supervisor and highway superintendent soon.
