ALBION - A Rochester man and a 17-year-old boy face numerous felony drug charges after police Wednesday executed a search warrant on a vehicle on East State Street.

Authorities recovered heroin and crack cocaine packaged for sale, the Orleans County Major Felony Crime Task Force said.

Victor T. Simmons, 46, of North Street, was charged with five counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and seven counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

The 17-year-old, also from Rochester, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, the task force said.

The arrests were made as part of an investigation into drug sales from Rochester to Albion, authorities said.

Simmons was held at the Orleans County Jail without bail and the 17-year-old was held on $20,000 bail or $40,000 bond, officials said. Simmons is due in Albion Town Court on April 19, while the teen is due in court on Monday.
