Spring showers dampen week's weather forecast

Western New Yorkers heading outside this week will want to remember an umbrella.

The first few days of the week will bring sporadic showers across the region as several weather systems move through the area.

Things should dry out a bit on Wednesday and Thursday, and there could even be some sunny skies and temperatures climbing into the mid 50s.

Don't put the umbrella away just yet, though. Rain will return later in the week to usher  in what could be another wet weekend, according to the National Weather Service.
