Who's Bad: The Ultimate Michael Jackson Experience. 7 p.m. Rapids Theatre, 1711 Main St. Niagara Falls, N.Y. 205-8925. $25-$30. Who's Bad is the premiere Michael Jackson tribute act. Period. Featuring Broadway experience and attention to detail like no other production, this act has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in R&B and soul, and is simply the best homage to the king of pop out there.

"The Seedbed." 7:30 p.m. Irish Classical Theatre, 625 Main St. 853-4282. $41. One of the most prestigious theaters in Buffalo performs this shocking family drama about buried secrets and revelations that threaten to tear the fabric of love between them. Edna O'Brien. 8 p.m. Kleinhans Music Hall, 3 Symphony Circle. 885-5000. $10-$35. Renowned Irish writer Edna O'Brien is a literary giant and has been called "the most gifted woman now writing in English." If that hasn't sold you, see her speak at Kleinhans and learn more about her talent and body of work.

Start Making Sense. 9 p.m. Buffalo Iron Works, 49 Illinois St. 200-1893. $15. The Talking Heads and David Byrne were such a catalyst for the progression of music, and even though you may not get to see the real thing, Start Making Sense is one of the best tribute bands around and you'll forget you're not at a real Talking Heads show.

Hip-Hop Karaoke. 10 p.m. The Waiting Room, 334 Delaware Ave. 853-5483. Free. One of the newest additions to the Waiting Room's karaoke series is hip-hop night. Now you can rap along to your favorite tracks with a full light and stage show. Up on stage, you're the star.
