Bailey has two goals and two assists in 32 games with the Sabres this season. He was on his fourth recall of the season.
Austin made his NHL debut in Detroit on Monday. He had 19 minutes of ice time in Tuesday's loss to Pittsburgh and in two games registered four shots and was a minus-1.
Nelson was on his second recall. In 11 games with the Sabres this season he is a minus-4 with 10 shots on goal.
The Amerks play next on Friday, hosting the Springfield Thunderbirds.
