Buffalo man sentenced to 84 months for cocaine distribution

A Buffalo man  convicted on a cocaine possession charge was sentenced Thursday to 84 months in prison.

Reginald Brown, 49, previously pleaded guilty to a charge of cocaine possession with intent to distribute and distribution of cocaine.

Brown sold about 13 grams of cocaine to a confidential informant who was working with the FBI in November, according to the U.S. Attorney's office.

U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara could have sentenced Brown to up to 20 years in prison and fined up to $1 million.
