NIAGARA FALLS - A Niagara Falls man faces several drug charges after police obtained a warrant to search his Linwood Avenue residence Tuesday, following a months-long investigation into drug sales from his address.
Stacey M. Lewis, 33, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana and a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare a child. Police said there was, at the time of Lewis' arrest, a 9-year-old in the residence where there was access to unsecured illegal narcotics.
At the time of his arrest, Lewis was free on bail pending charges stemming from a September 2016 arrest in which a loaded firearm and illegal narcotics were seized, police said. Lewis is scheduled to appear Thursday in Niagara County Court on those charges. He was arraigned Tuesday on the new charges and held pending a future court date.
