Robert Bauer, 26, of Bridgeman Street, was arrested on Roesch Avenue by Buffalo Police late Saturday night after allegedly striking two parked vehicles with his Jeep. Bauer was reportedly showing signs of being under the influence of drugs, and heroin envelops and  drug paraphernalia were found in his car.
