A 38-year-old Elma man was arrested by State Police Saturday night for allegedly driving drunk on North Blossom Road in the township. Nicolas S. Hann, was pulled over after he allegedly made an unsafe lane change on North Blossom about 8 p.m.
After troopers detected an odor of an alcoholic beverages on Hann, he was given sobriety tests which he allegedly failed. He was taken to the Boston substation for breath tests which allegedly showed he had a blood-alcohol level of 0.17 percent, more than twice the state's legal limit.
Hann was released on an appearance ticket and ordered to appear in Elma Town Court for proceedings at 6 p.m. Thursday, according to officials.
