Roesch Avenue man arrested for injuring man during an incident

A 57-year-old Roesch Avenue man was arrested on a felony assault charge early Sunday for allegedly causing the argument-related injuries that sent a Busti Avenue man to the Erie County Medical Center for treatment, according to a Buffalo Police arrest report.

Rafael Telemin was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree harassment shortly after a Busti Avenue man complained to police about him allegedly having come to his house in the fifth block of Busti about 12:25 a.m. Sunday and bit him on the chest and right hand.
