Buffalo boy arrested for being in park after hours with fake driver's license

A 16-year-old Buffalo boy was arrested by police for being in Hoyt Lake Park after legal hours early Sunday. The boy was taken into custody in the park about 12:15 a.m. and police officers reported finding he was carrying a forged Pennsylvania driver's license, according to an arrest report.

The juvenile was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument for the driver's license, disorderly conduct and violating city ordinances.
