Police identify pair charged in Jamestown with possessing meth-making materials

JAMESTOWN - State Police have identified the two people charged this week after police found materials used to make methamphetamine in their car.

Sean D. Barrett, 26, of Dewittville, and Morgan E. Keech, 22, of Stockton, were pulled over at 1:05 a.m. Tuesday at Main and Sixth streets, authorities said. Inside their Dodge Neon, troopers found methamphetamine-making materials, State Police said.

Barrett and Keech were each charged with third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Upon further investigation, troopers found there was an arrest warrant out for Barrett from the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office.
