A second suspect has been charged in connection with the Monday robbery of a Falconer credit union, Town of Ellicott and Jamestown police said Wednesday.
Thomas W. Bartlett Sr., 61, was apprehended by police Tuesday at his Jamestown home and later arraigned in Ellicott Town Court on a second-degree robbery charge in connection with a robbery at Greater Chautauqua Federal Credit Union on Main Street in the Town of Ellicott, police said. Bartlett was being held Wednesday at the Chautauqua County Jail.
On Monday, Kyle R. Senear, 22, also of Jamestown was charged in connection with the robbery at the credit union. Police said that Senear allegedly walked into the bank about 9:30 a.m. Monday and handed a teller a note that spelled out his intentions. Police said he fled the credit union with an undisclosed amount of cash but was later arrested at his home. Senear also was charged with second-degree robbery, according to police.
