A second-alarm fire at a vacant, two-story mixed-used building at 223 E. Ferry Street overnight Tuesday caused exposure damage to two buildings, Buffalo fire officials said.
The fire was reported around midnight at the building, located at the corner of E. Ferry and Verplanck Streets.
The vacant building sustained $200,000 in damage. A building at 213 E. Ferry Street had $10,000 in damage from the fire and a second one at 132 Verplanck had $15,000.
No one was injured in the fire.
The cause was under investigation Wednesday morning.
