A Buffalo man was charged in connection with a larceny from a vehicle in Alden after the Erie County Sheriff's Office said he used a stolen credit card at a convenience store.
Joshua Angielczyk, 26,was charged in connection with the Feb. 17 theft from a vehicle on Rusher Road in Alden. Credit cards, bank cards and personal identification cards were taken from a vehicle overnight, authorities said.
Angielczyk was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, petit larceny and identity theft, the Sheriff's Office said. He was being held in the Erie County Holding Center and was scheduled to be arraigned Friday.
