Burns broke the conference record in capturing her third straight 50-yard freestyle title in 22.04 seconds in Oxford, Ohio, at the conference championship meet.
Burns also helped the 200 free relay team of Sarah Baxter, Eve Kosten and Andrea Ernst (Orchard Park) triumph in 1:29.97.
Hannah Miller (500) and Baxter (200 IM) posted second-place finishes for UB, which stands second in the team standings behind Akron after two days of competition. The tournament continues Friday and ends Saturday.
