An Orchard Park man was arrested Monday morning after a confrontation with a co-worker led to blows, Orchard Park Police reported.
Robert J. Wozniak, 58, of Scattertree Lane, was arraigned on charges of third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief, according to authorities. He was released and ordered to return to court next month.
Police said they were called about 8:15 a.m. by one of Wozniak’s co-workers after an alleged incident at their workplace on East Quaker Street.
Police said the co-worker was allegedly punched and suffered injuries to his eye, neck and shoulders. He was treated and will have further evaluation of his injuries, police said.
