LOCKPORT – State Police reported Monday that they arrested four people following a fight Friday night outside Brauer’s Restaurant, 6612 Campbell Blvd., Pendleton.

Charged with third-degree assault were Justin T. Kloch, 30, of Amherst; Joseph T. Marshall, 24, of Lockport; and Brian R. O’Connor, 40, of Sanborn, according to authorities.

Charged with second-degree harassment were Kloch, Marshall and Nicole Marshall, 43, of West Cambria, who also was charged with second-degree menacing, authorities said.
