State Police on Monday charged a Lockport man with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Joseph A. Moore, 36, was pulled for driving without headlights on Robinson Road, State police said. The time of the incident wasn't included in the State Police's news release.
Moore failed field sobriety tests and was taken to the Lockport barracks where he registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.19 percent, more than twice the legal limit, authorities said.
Troopers issued Moore appearance tickets for Lockport Town Court.
