The Western New York chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors presented its President's Award to Uniland Development Co. co-founder Nancy Dobson, who retired as executive vice president in December after 42 years with the company, and more than 2,400 real estate transactions.

The award was presented Thursday night at the annual awards dinner for the trade group for commercial real estate brokers at Aqua Restaurant.

The group also honored Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp. President Thomas Dee with its Meritorious Service Award and McGuire Development Company broker James Geiger with its Lifetime Achievement Award.

Additionally, the group presented transaction awards to Pyramid Brokerage Company's David Schiller for completing the most transactions in 2016, to Pyramid's Robert Schell for the largest lease transaction, and to Chris Greco of Greco Real Estate for the largest sale transaction.
