BITTEN CROW - Betty Passed peacefully January 29, 2017. Betty was born in Dallas, Texas and spent her formative years as a Southern belle which gave her the social graces that endeared her to everyone she met. Always quick with a joke and a smile, she caught the eye of a traveling salesman who married her in 1959 and shuffled her off to Buffalo, NY in 1966. She made many new friends in Buffalo as part of Welcome Wagon and other volunteer organizations. She was married to Bob Bitten for almost three decades and both were the life of any party until his passing in 1989. Again catching the eye of an admirer, she married her neighbor, Ted Crow, in 1991 which resulted in a quarter century of marital bliss. Ted and Betty made many new friends in their new home of Scottsdale, AZ where they were active members of the church and community. Betty was very lucky to have two husbands that loved her dearly and many friends that loved to see her kind smile and outgoing personality. She will be missed by everyone who ever met her. Betty is survived by her husband Ted and her three children, Vicky, Jim and Bob, as well as six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity as a remembrance. A celebration of life will be held in Williamsville, NY in early June.
